I have a Performer RPM, dual-plane intake on my mildly modified ’79, 351W. Would I benefit from cutting down the plenum divider as y’all did in the video? If so, how deep should I mill it down?
If you were to machine down approximately 5/8” from end to end you might enhance the upper RPM by a small amount, providing you have modified stock, or aftermarket cylinder heads, a stout camshaft and plan on running up to 6500 + RPM’s.
